Our District Calendar erroneously states that winter break begins Friday, December 21, 2018. December 21 is a FULL DAY of school and winter break begins at the END of the day. Please help us spread the word to all Warrior families.
 Parent Dashboard The online Parent Dashboard was developed by the MDE in collaboration with the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI) to advance the State Board of Education’s vision of an easy-to-use dashboard filled with meaningful school-level data that offers a more balanced picture of school quality.

The Parent Dashboard launched January 9, 2018 after months of extensive input by parents and educators. It can be accessed on any computer or mobile device - MI School Data Parent Dashboard.

Fundraiser A big thank you to all of our Warrior Families who participated in our Pop Corn Fundraiser. We hit our goal and are excited to use what we earned to continue to create new and exciting clubs and activities for our students.

Thurs., November 22 - Thanksgiving Break - Students return to school Mon., November 26. 

Fri., November 30 - End of Trimester One - There will be a half-day of school for students for teacher records day. Trimester two begins Monday, December 3.
Box Tops for Tacos Make sure Box Tops are turned in to 6th hour classes for a chance at winning a Taco Bell Party
Fri., November 23 - Second count - the class with the best percent of student to Box Tops ratio win a Taco Bell Party
 Honor Roll Pancake Breakfast Tues., December 11 - 6th Grade Honor Roll Pancake Breakfast
Wed., December 12 - 7th Grade Honor Roll Pancake Breakfast

Invitations for students who have earned this incentive will be sent home soon. What a great event for our students and parents. 
 Chorus Concert  Wed., December 12 - 7:00 PM - BMS Gym - Mrs. Robinson and her students have been rocking it out every day in preparation for an awesome concert that you don’t want to miss. Hope to see you there!
Band Concert  Thurs., December 13 - 7:00 PM - Mr. Mobley and his bandmates invite all of you to see some of the greatest musicians in the Downriver area.
Spirit Week  The week of December 17 - Make sure you check your e-mail and social media closer to this week to see what special gear our Warriors should be rocking!
Club News  BMS Laser Tag League - Applications are out now for this new and AMAZING club. We can only take 40 students, so get your money and applications in ASAP! 

Drama Club - The next meeting for Drama Club is Wed., November 28 after school.
Please bring a snack and a drink. 

Yeti Ski Club - Our ski club is back and our first trip will be Wed., December 19.
More info coming soon.

OK2SAY is the student safety program which allows students to confidentially report tips on potential harm or criminal activities directed at school students, school employees, and schools. It uses a comprehensive communication system to facilitate tip sharing among students, parents, school personnel, community mental health service programs, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, and law enforcement officials about harmful behaviors that threaten to disrupt the learning environment.
